Interactive applications for developers and architects, films for brands, and the research that feeds both.

Visora

Visora is our real-time sales platform for property developers — built in Unreal Engine, configured per project, and run on the developer's own machines with no internet needed. A buyer starts on the masterplan, drags the sun across the day, drops into the amenity decks, cuts the tower open to find their floor, and walks the finished unit, without leaving the sales office.

Shown here in its Samruddhi deployment.

Film · Product

uppercase

A product film for the luggage brand uppercase, cut so every feature gets its own beat — the flush TSA locks, the branded double wheels, the shell turning through abstract light. Mastered at 4K.

Eighteen seconds, 4K master. Press play — nothing downloads until you do.

Film · CGI apparel

Blushade

A vertical film for the clothing label Blushade — garments rendered and lit in CG, drifting through cloud, each fabric claim landing as its own line. Built for the feed in 9:16 rather than cropped down from a widescreen cut, which is why nothing important sits outside the frame.

Fifty-three seconds, 1080×1920. Press play — nothing downloads until you do.

Film · Aerial & motion graphics

Ravista Vedic Farms

A location film for a farm-plot development outside Gurugram. Drone plates over the site and the roads that reach it, with the routes drawn on in motion graphics — Rajiv Chowk, Sohna, Jaipur, Delhi — so a buyer watches the connectivity instead of reading it off a list.

Four minutes forty-three, shot in 4K at 60fps. The longest thing on this page — press play only if you want the full run.

Interactive installation

Mirror

A full-body motion-capture rig that puts a visitor's movement onto a creature on screen, live. A depth sensor tracks the skeleton, TouchDesigner filters and streams the joints over OSC, and Unreal Engine 5.3 drives the pelvis, spine and four inverse-kinematic limb chains — with a real-time groom simulation giving the creature fur that moves as it does.

Built as the front end of an interactive wall, where the visitor is the content. The same rig drives a facade, a lobby screen or a retail window.
